Learning Outcomes


In this course, we will learn:

  1. The importance of inspecting our sales data across Customers, Products, and Suppliers in order to increase sales, acquire new customers, and retain more existing customers; and
  2. How to track our receivables and build stronger relationships with vendors in order to fully utilize payment agreements and discounts and, therefore, maintain a healthy cash flow. 

Having a visual representation of our Sales data can make it easier to interpret and act on, allowing us to proactively address issues with our customers, products, and suppliers.
